RelatED’s is accredited by the Wholesale & Retail SETA (789) and QCTO (QCTOSDP 00190208-1547) and Services SETA (12569)  We have approved training materials for a wide range of programmes from levels NQF1 through to NQF 5.  This is exciting as we are able to provide training that may impact the personnel of an entire retail business and SMME’s

While numerous other retail programmes offer theoretical input, the opportunity for the independent retailer to gain practical expertise combined with the academic theory, as offered by us, is unique in the industry. We ensure the delegates can practice, experience and demonstrate their understanding. This is done either at the workplace or in a simulated environment.

The key whilst learning in the classroom or at the workplace is that it is practical and fun. Our RelatED trainers and coaches ensure that the students leave full of enthusiasm and armed with all they need to practice their newfound skills.
