The AgilePM® Practitioner course builds on your Foundation-level knowledge and equips you to apply the DSDM Agile Project Framework in real-world project environments. Through scenario-based learning and hands-on exercises, you’ll explore how to plan, estimate, control, and deliver agile projects while managing risk and engaging stakeholders effectively. Entry Requirements

  • You must hold a valid AgilePM® Foundation certificate before enrolling in the Practitioner course
  • A working understanding of project management concepts is recommended

Course Details

  • Duration: 2 days (Practitioner only) or 5 days when combined with Foundation
  • Certification: APMG International
  • Exam: 4 scenario-based questions, each with 15 parts (60 objective-test items total); open-book; 50% pass mark (30/60); 2.5-hour time limit
