Training Format

We believe in a practical, experiential learning approach. We know that students cannot be trained in a classroom alone. The business world is multifaceted and requires on going practical experiences to ensure the students understand the complexity and challenges of business.

Coupled together with a theoretical, classroom style learning, our training is  thus practical. We have found success ensuring the learning is relatable and fun.

A hands-on and customised component is included in almost every module to ensure the delegates can

  • practice,
  • experience and
  • demonstrate their understanding.

These aims are achieved either at the workplace or in a simulated environment. This is particularly important and effective when training learners coming from rural areas.

Our students leave full of enthusiasm. Armed with all they need to practice their new-found skills.

We have training facilities offering accommodation, conference style teaching areas and customised retail simulations.

In the last 10 years:

  • 8 700 learners have passed through our courses
  • 3742 store owners and managers have attended our Management Action Programme
  • 250 rural communities have been impacted
  • Over 4000 stores countrywide are involved in our programmes
  • 35 retail groups use our services

We believe that the impact, which we have causes change.

We want to shift barriers and better our nation.

Let us break moulds and move forward by thinking differently and relating more effectively.
